Baby B has a 3 vessel cord 2 arteries and 1 vein. Typically a 2 vessel cord tends to be smaller but in this case she is the bigger of the two. This we are told is unique but great for the ultrasound tec because they follow the cord to the baby and can tell which is which. This will also be helpful when they are born so we will know which one is which. It will be interesting to see their personalities outside of the womb.
